中国式现代化是中国人民在中国共产党的领导下开辟的现代化道路,作为中国共产党的亲密友党,参政党是中国现代化建设不可或缺的力量,对于推进国家治理现代化有重大意义。为适应新时代的实践要求,参政党需要持续增强自身的履职能力,以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴。因此,着眼于中国式现代化视角,阐述参政党履职能力的意涵,提炼总结参政党在凝聚共识、集中智慧、广泛联系和协调关系方面具有的比较优势,分析当前参政党履职的现状及出现的问题,并尝试立足新发展阶段,围绕民主党派自身优势从理论建设、人才培养、组织建设、内外联系和自身建设几方面提出加强参政党履职能力建设的几点思考,以期为推进中国特色社会主义参政党履职能力建设提供可借鉴的参考。
