Abstract: Severe GVHD is a lethal complication to ASCT, and number of approaches are therefore being evaluated. Recently, Le Blanc et al. reported case grade IV therapy‐resistant acute the gut liver that showed rapid improvement after infusion mesenchymal stem cells. Here we describe two pediatric patients who developed severe refractory following ASCT were successfully treated with AMSC from HLA‐mismatched unrelated donors.
Hypertension occurs profoundly in the world, and left ventricular (LV) remodeling containing functional, structural, mechanical changes induced by uncontrolled blood pressure is a well-known complication, however underlying mechanism still obscure.
The effect of acute retrograde gastric electrical stimulation (RGES) on food intake, accommodation, and emptying in obese patients was investigated.Simple obesity underwent RGES or sham stimulation. maximum intake volume determined the total calorie consumed calculated. Gastric by (99m) -diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid scintigraphy.Sixteen were studied, with a median BMI 32.1 (IQR, 31.2, 33.8) kg/m(2) . time 106.1 81.8, 122.4) min 113.0 83.7, 124.8) (P = 0.352). mean satiety 580 510, 725)...
Abstract Objective To evaluate the diagnotic value of Assessment Spondyloarthritis International Society ( ASAS ) classification criteria for axial spondyloarthritis (SpA) in Chinese patients with chronic back pain and without radiographic sacroiliitis a 2‐year follow‐up study. Methods Patients ≥ 3 months, onset age ≤ 45 years were enrolled, then received follow‐up. All clinical parameters associated SpA recorded. The followed 2 final diagnosis or non‐SpA was confirmed by rheumatologists....
Abstract Objective To evaluate by meta-analysis the effects of dexmedetomidine versus midazolam on postoperative delirium in patients that received mechanical ventilation. Methods The electronic databases PubMed, Web Science, EMbase, CNKI, CBM, Cochrane library and WanFang were searched two reviewers. All clinical studies related to screened collected this meta-analysis. combined risk between groups was pooled random effect model. publication bias assessed Begg’s funnel plot Egger’s line...
Abstract Background: The prevalence of chronically refractory wounds and ulcers is growing rapidly. However, the treatment options are not completely effective. Ozone has been demonstrated as being useful in promoting wound healing well adverse events individual studies. Consequently, it necessary to conduct a meta-analysis high-quality trials find out whether ozone therapy effective safe these chronic wounds. Methods: We will search Cochrane Library, PubMed, Web Science, Embase, CBM,...
Background: Compared with the seropositive rheumatic arthritis (sp-RA), seronegative (sn-RA) lacks ultrasound (US) research. It is unknown whether sn-RA patients had more severe synovitis than sp-RA ones at same level of swollen joint counts (SJCs). We designed US study to find out answers. Methods: All cases satisfied 2010 classification criteria, first diagnosed and disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) naïve characteristics abnormal swelling or pain in wrist, proximal...
Background: The present study aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of thoracic paravertebral regional anesthesia (TPVBRA) in patients with breast cancer surgery. Methods: In total, 72 undergoing surgery were randomly divided into an intervention group a control group; each contained 36 subjects. Both groups received TPVBRA 20 mL 0.25% bupivacaine. addition, subjects also additional 1 μg/kg dexmedetomidine. Heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic (DBP), pain intensity...
To evaluate visceral sensitivity, gut barrier function and autonomic nerve (ANF) in patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), to explore their roles IBS-D pathophysiology. Methods: A total of 46 (IBS-D group) were selected from the Department Gastroenterology China-Japan Friendship Hospital October 2015 March 2016, 20 healthy volunteer served as a control group (HC group). Clinical psychological symptoms evaluated by questionnaire, sensitivity rectal balloon...
Diabetic gastroparesis (DG) is a common autonomic neuropathy which impacts on nutritional state and quality of life in diabetic patients, it also adversely affects glycemic control diabetes. The prevalence DG growing with the number patients diabetes continues to increase. However, there no definitive answer as current therapies best for clinical treatment different manifestations DG. subject this study following question: what intervention gastroparesis?Comprehensive searches Cochrane...
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) in treatment female infertility. This study includes 174 patients with a history long-standing We retrospectively reviewed 41 who underwent hysterolaparoscopy (HL) via 133 laparoendoscopic single-site (LESS). Demographic data, operation records, pregnancy outcomes were collected analyzed. The deadline for postoperative follow-up was June 2022. All included followed up at least 18...
Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a heterogeneous syndrome. Diabetes may identify an essential phenotype that significantly affects the prognosis of these patients. The WATCH-DM risk score has been validated for predicting heart in outpatients type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), but its ability to predict clinical outcomes HFpEF patients T2DM unknown. We aimed assess whether this could diabetic and fraction. We enrolled retrospectively 414 (70.03 ± 8.654 years, 58.70%...
Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2is) have been found to minimize hospitalization for heart failure and cardiovascular death. Cardiac reverse remodeling may be a mechanism responsible the favorable clinical efficacy of SGLT2is on failure. To date, few studies examined their effects left atrium. Therefore, purpose this study was explore whether improve atrial adverse in patients with type diabetes reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). A single-center, retrospective, observational...
L-arabinose isomerase (L-AI) is the key enzyme for D-galactose isomerization of D-tagatose by biological method. In this research, Lactobacillus plantarum WU14 with high yield was identified as isolated from number lactic acid bacteria pickled vegetables. The crude activity 13.95 U/mL under optimal temperature 60°C, pH 7.17 and substrate concentration 0.8 mol/L, conversion rate 56.12% could be gained after 28 hours. Protein structure specific L-Arabinose Isomerase were researched. results...
