Abstract Dendrimers are nano-sized, radially symmetric molecules with well-defined, homogeneous, and monodisperse structure that has a typically core, an inner shell, outer shell. Their three traditional macromolecular architectural classes broadly recognized to generate rather polydisperse products of different molecular weights. A variety dendrimers exist, each biological properties such as polyvalency, self-assembling, electrostatic interactions, chemical stability, low cytotoxicity,...

Gene therapy is defined as the direct transfer of genetic material to tissues or cells for treatment inherited disorders and acquired diseases. For gene delivery, magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) are typically combined with a delivery platform encapsulate gene, promote cell uptake. Delivery technologies that have been used MNPs contain polymeric, viral, well non-viral platforms. In this review, we focus on targeted using MNPs.

Background: Successful reproduction relies on a functioning hypothalamic-pituitary-gonad axis. Damage to this axis disrupts the estrus cycle and reproductive capability. Objective: This study aimed evaluate effects of single or multiple platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections repairing damaged hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (ARC) restoring in Wistar rats. Materials Methods: 90 female rats (2–3 months old, 250–280 gr) with regular estrous cycles were divided into control group 8 experimental...

Abstract Background Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a multifactorial clonal neoplasm that mainly arises from the Philadelphia chromosome. Even though imatinib mesylate (IM) considered gold standard for first-line treatment, number of CML patients have shown IM resistance can be influenced by many factors, including pharmacogenetic variability. The present study examined whether two common single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) ABCG2 (G34A and C421A) contribute to and/or good responses....

Every year, lots of hazardous chemicals are emitted into the environment; therefore, environmental pollution is a big concern for all communities in world. The consequential effects laboratory and healthcare wastes on environment mandate investigational efforts aimed at reducing these contaminants. Although preservatives containments chemical compounds generally considered very low levels, they should still be carefully handled removed as indicated by Resource Conservation Recovery Act laws....
