This paper extends binary support vector machines to multiclass classification for recognising emotions from speech. We apply two standard schemes (one-versus-one and one-versusrest) that form a hierarchy of classifiers each making distinct decision about class membership, on three publicly-available databases.Using the OpenEAR toolkit extract more than 6000 features per speech sample, we have been able outperform state-of-the-art methods all databases.

Most popular supervised classifiers with PCA based dimensionality rebate techniques applied. Support Vector Machine, K Nearest Neighbor, Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes Logistic Regression Linear, Sigmoid, Cosine, Poly Radial basis function PCA's. Numerous performance metrics tested after getting confusion...

Neutrosophic theory has many applications in graph theory, bipolar single valued neutrosophic graphs (BSVNGs) is the generalization of fuzzy and intuitionistic graphs, SVNGs. In this paper we introduce some types BSVNGs, such as subdivision middle total BSVNGs line (BSVNLGs), also investigate isomorphism, co weak isomorphism properties BSVNGs,total BSVNLGs.

Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are graphene sheets of nanometer size with unique strength and physio-chemical properties. These nano-structures single multi-layer have potential to conjugate various functional groups. Recent advances in life sciences nanotechnology revealed that salient features CNTs enable them play promising role diverse areas health like drug delivery, gene therapy, cancer treatment, artificial implants, tissue regeneration, neurodegenerative diseases. This review focuses on the...

This paper deals with the problem of estimating regression a surrogated scalar response variable given functional random one. We construct an estimator operator by using, in addition to available (true) data, surrogate data. then establish some asymptotic properties constructed terms almost-complete and quadratic mean convergences. Notice that obtained results generalize part finite dimensional framework. Finally, illustration on applicability our both simulated data real dataset was...

The accessibility to Electroencephalogram (EEG) recording systems has enabled the healthcare providers record brain activity of patients under treatment, during multiple sessions. Thus changes can be observed and evaluated. It been shown in many studies that EEG data are never exactly same when recordings done different sessions inducing a shift between sessions. This is induced due parameters such as: physical /mental state patient, ambient environment, location electrodes, impedance...
