In order to promote the comprehensive utilization of Auricularia auricula waste residue, extraction process and physicochemical properties melanin from A. residue were studied. Furthermore, chemical antioxidant activity its protective effect on cell oxidative injury induced by H2O2 investigated. The results indicated that ultrasonic-assisted could be used extract residue. Melanin had a good solubility in alkali solution exhibited certain stability thermal. There was no significant difference...

This study explored the therapeutic effects of Auricularia auricula melanin (AAM) on alcoholic liver damage in vitro and vivo. Human normal L02 cells were pre-treated with ethanol then treated AAM to explore effect ethanol-induced hepatocyte injury. The results show that significantly elevated cell viability, ameliorated morphology, reduced ROS increased GSH/GSSG ethanol-pretreated cells. Then, mice administered induce acute damage, further mice. As a result, levels ALT, AST, TG, MDA, ADH,...

Background: Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) represents the most prevalent type of lung cancer. SHOX2 and RASSF1A methylation have been identified as important biomarkers for diagnosis prognosis Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) exhibits good specificity sensitivity in diagnosing pulmonary diseases, but its acquisition is challenging may cause discomfort to patients. In clinical, plasma samples are more convenient obtain than BALF; however, there little research on concurrent detection plasma....

Cordyceps militaris exopolysaccharides (EPS) have many pharmacological activities such as boosting immunity and antifatigue. To obtain EPS efficiently, we added moderate Vernonia amygdalina leaf powder inducer to the fermentation medium promote production of studied infrared absorption spectrum antioxidant after optimization. The optimum liquid conditions were follows: addition 8 g/L, duration 9 d, initial pH 6.5, inoculation quantity 5.0 mL. Under a condition, yield reached (5.24±0.28)...
