Background: Beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonists are extensively used in the management of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). These agents can cause a variety systemic adverse effects, most notably hypokalemia, by promoting intracellular shift potassium ions. Hypokalemia, defined as serum level below 3.5 mEq/L, may present with neuromuscular manifestations (e.g., weakness, cramps, paresthesia) cardiovascular complications, such arrhythmias hypotension. Methods:...

Development of a new and sustainable catalyst is necessary to the society for providing economical technology. Surface modification nanometal oxides one rapidly growing methods developing with attractive properties than their parent oxide. In this work, surface‐modified nickel ferrites have been carried out using 4,4′‐biphenyldisulfonic acid (BPDSA) as linker. Thus, obtained modified material has characterized different techniques such DLS, FT‐IR, TGA, XRD, VSM, XPS. This well‐characterized,...

Abstract The seeds and extracted oils of Carissa spinarum (Apocynaceae), (I), Leucaena leucocephala (Leguminosae) (II) Physalis minima (Solanaceae) (III) were analyzed for characteristics compositions. I, II III contained 22.4, 6.4 40.0% oil 10.1, 27.6 17.9% protein, respectively. had, respectively, iodine values 70.1, 113.5 122.5; saponification 186, 188 189; unsaponifiable matter 5.2, 2.5 0.8%, the following fatty acid compositions (area %): palmitic 12.6, 14.2, 10.5; stearic 7.6, 6.1,...

Commercially, many methods are adopted for the production of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Nowadays, natural fermentation is widely employed to produce VCO in wet processing. But problem process has much contamination, due surplus micro organisms present environment, which leads poor quality VCO. To overcome this, usage probiotic organism like Lactobacillus fermentum more beneficial fermentative Fermentation studies were conducted scientifically computer controlled bioreactor determine effect...

Abstract Like the fruits of Elaeis guineensis , seeds Acacia holosericea have two types oils. One is present in yellow aril (56%), which attached to black seed, and other kernel seed (12%). The proximate composition physicochemical characteristics solvent‐extracted oils are reported. fat quite different from oil all respects. In descending order, major fatty acids 18∶1 (54.35%), 16∶0 (29.3%), 18∶2 (8.0%), whereas (−aril) oil, order (59.45%) (20.2%), (10.0%). whole (+aril) (53.3%), (25%), (12.6).
