Herein, the tribological behavior of 316L stainless steel (SS) fabricated using metal extrusion additive manufacturing (MEAM) is investigated both under dry and simulated body fluid (SBF)‐lubricated conditions. The results mechanisms are compared with those SS via selective laser melting (SLM) hot rolling (HR). Low price of wheat starch as a wide range sources edible film substrate, glycerol plasticizer, pullulan film-forming agent, prepared by solution casting starch-based green packaging materials. Tests were run on films to determine mechanical properties, transparency and color evaluation.
