Using Nafion212 membrane and TEOS solution as raw materials, Nafion212/SiO2 composite membranes were prepared. In the in situ sol-gel reaction process, a series of Nafion/SiO2 prepared by varying temperature time. The effects different modification schemes on studied using SEM, EDS, TEM, TGA, XRD, mechanical tensile experiments, among other methods. results show that at 3°C exhibit well-separated phase structure excellent water retention properties, with uptake 29.23% swelling ratio 24.25%....

Abstract Concurrent heatwaves and extreme sea levels could pose a serious threat to coastal communities under climate change; however, the spatiotemporal characteristics dynamic evolution of them along global coastline remain poorly understood. Here, we use reanalysis datasets model projections assess historical future changes in concurrent levels. We find that 87.73% coastlines experienced such extremes during 1979–2017. There is an average increase 3.72 days occurrence 1998–2017 compared...

Remote sensing object detection faces significant challenges due to the varying resolutions of images and diverse shapes objects. In this paper, we introduce an innovative approach enhance networks in remote by addressing these issues through a novel two-stage training process. Our key contributions include development combined low-resolution pretraining high-resolution fine-tuning strategy, which significantly improves model's generalization capability across different resolutions. We have...

The Baltic Sea, a semi-enclosed marginal sea with catchment area four times its size, acts as sink and continues to show detectable levels of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in sediments. This is attributed the synthesis industrial use commercial polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) products, well widespread discharge certain chlorinated pesticides into natural environment during last century. Our study investigates hydrocarbon pollutants, (PCBs), dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT)...

Ginkgo biloba leaves flavonoids (GBLF) has extensive applications for its special physico-chemical properties. In this paper, (ERF) was synthesized by an endophytic Rhodococcus sp. FY-5 from biloba. UV-visible spectrum showed that the main absorption peaks of ERF and GBLF were consistent with UV spectral characteristics flavonoids. FTIR exhibited characteristic hydroxyl carbonyl. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analysis revealed similar components in both GBLF. Thermal...

We propose an actor-critic framework to solve the time-continuous stochastic optimal control problem. A least square temporal difference method is applied compute value function for critic. The policy gradient implemented as improvement actor. Our key contribution lies in establishing global convergence property of our proposed flow, demonstrating a linear rate convergence. Theoretical findings are further validated through numerical examples, showing efficacy approach practical applications.

Abstract Purpose To evaluate the efficacy of next-generation sequencing (NGS) in minimal-residual-disease (MRD) monitoring Chinese patients with multiple myeloma (MM). Methods This study analyzed 60 MM patients. During MRD these patients’ post-therapy, clonal immunoglobulin heavy chain (IGH) rearrangements were detected via NGS using LymphoTrack assays. was performed or flow cytometry (NGF), and results compared. Additionally, sensitivity reproducibility method assessed. Results The...

The ability of learning useful features is one the major advantages neural networks. Although recent works show that network can operate in a tangent kernel (NTK) regime does not allow feature learning, many also demonstrate potential for networks to go beyond NTK and perform learning. Recently, line work highlighted capabilities early stages gradient-based training. In this paper we consider another mechanism via gradient descent through local convergence analysis. We once loss below...

We propose a quantum optimal control framework based on the Pontryagin Maximum Principle to design energy- and time-efficient pulses for open systems. By formulating Langevin equation of dissipative LC circuit as linear problem, we derive optimized with exponential scaling in energy cost, outperforming conventional shortcut-to-adiabaticity methods such counter-diabatic driving. When applied resonator dispersively coupled qubit, these achieve an excellent signal-to-noise ratio comparable...
