Objective The objective of this study is to develop a model predicts the postoperative Hunt-Hess grade in patients with intracranial aneurysms by integrating radiomics and deep learning technologies, using preoperative CTA imaging data. Thereby assisting clinical decision-making improving assessment prognosis neurological function. Methods This retrospective encompassed 101 who underwent aneurysm embolization surgery. 851 radiomic features were extracted from images. 512 are last layer...
In radiotherapy, the delineation of gross tumor volume (GTV) in brain metastases using computed tomography (CT) simulation localization is very important. However, despite criticality this process, a pronounced gap exists availability tools tailored for automatic segmentation GTV based on CT images.
The objective of this study was to explore the potential machine-learning techniques in automatic identification and classification brain metastases from a radiomic perspective, aiming improve accuracy tumor volume assessment for radiotherapy. By using various algorithms, including random forest, support vector machine, gradient boosting XGBoost, decision tree, artificial neural network, k-nearest neighbors, LightGBM, CatBoost stacking ensemble model developed classify gross (GTV),...
Abstract Enabled resistance or innate insensitiveness to antiandrogen are lethal for castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). Unfortunately, there seems be little can done overcome the because of largely unknown mechanisms. In prospective cohort study, we found that HOXB3 protein level was an independent risk factor PSA progression and death in patients with metastatic CRPC. vivo, upregulated contributed CRPC xenografts abiraterone resistance. To uncover mechanism driving tumor...
The development of the times has prompted China to enhance quality education and value talent. As guides for students, teachers should conscientiously implement ideological political education, create college physics courses that are more in line with modern talent cultivation, eliminate fixed singular nature traditional teaching, find integration points education. Teachers need use textbook itself, expansion resources smart classrooms, current technological progress order cultivate...
Clinical treatment strategies for musculoskeletal disorders have been a hot research topic. Accumulating evidence suggests that hydrogels loaded with MSC-derived EVs show great potential in improving injuries. The ideal should be capable of promoting the development new tissues and simulating characteristics target tissues, properties matching cell-matrix constituents autologous tissues. Although there numerous reports repair injuries, such as intervertebral disc injury, tendinopathy, bone...
Abstract Aiming at the problems of low efficiency human operation and maintenance high cost resources faced by converter station equipment in current new power system, this work studies proposes an intelligent anomaly collaborative processing method. Based on data set existing structure station, is monitored sensor equipment. According to abnormal signal designed fault analysis technology knowledge graph, disposal strategy are realized. The experimental results show that proposed method can...
Objective To assess the quality and diagnostic accuracy of monochromatic images combined with adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction (ASIR) performed via spectral computed tomography (CT) in patients Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS). Methods Sixty-two BCS underwent pectral CT upper abdominal two-phase contrast-enhanced scanning to generate a 60keV energy level ASIR (ranging from 0% -100%) during portal venous phase (PVP) hepatic (HVP). One-way ANOVA was used compare vessel-to-liver...
OBJECTIVE To compare the clinical values of computed tomography (CT) and fluorine-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron remission (FDG-PET) in diagnosis mediastinal metastasis non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). METHODS Sixty patients with respectable NSCLC underwent CT FDG-PET an interval 2 weeks then thoracotomy for clearance lymph nodes or biopsy via mediastinoscopy. The specimens node HE staining PCNA/Ki67 immunohistochemical staining. sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive prediction...
Problem-based learning ( PBL ) has become the major teaching method to cultivate medical student's autonomous and their ability solve problems. It's basic elements are scene authenticity problem construction.Thoratic surgery clinical probation is most important part of teaching. The author summerized analysized experience in thoratic had some new understanding on construction, and therefore made exploration improvement it got good effect. Key words: Problem-based learning; Clinical...
Objective Under the guidance of CT and three dimensional reconstruction, we made therapeutic plan for lung cancer by radiofrequency ablation (RFA) observed its effect. Methods From February 2007 to January 2009, used RITA equipment treat under 64-slice spiral (Siemens) reconstruction image. The target temperature is 90℃. Results We performed 29 RFA on 25 patients. In follow-up, 10 them showed tumor shrinkage scan. 23 lack tumor-uptake value SPECT scan 2 lower value. Conclusion CT-guided...
Nutritional treatment of intensive care patients may require an accurate, effective and personalized approach in the future. Using nutritional risk assessment to guide treatment, factors including timing, energy expenditure goal, pathway dosage should be considered. Through testing individual molecular markers, benefits risks can evaluated. So therapy enhance metabolic status patients, improve clinical outcomes.
