Abstract Objectives Gastric cancer (GC) is the leading digestive malignancy with high incidence and mortality rate. microRNAs (miRs) play an important role in GC progresssion. This study aimed to investigate effect of miR-98-5p on proliferation, migration, invasion cells. Methods The expression levels miR-98-5p, ubiquitin specific peptidase 44 (USP44), CCCTCbinding factor-like (CTCFL) tissues cells were identified using reversetranscription quantitative polymerase chain reaction Western blot...
To determine the clinical efficacy and safety of modified double-channel anastomosis for digestive tract reconstruction in proximal gastrectomy early gastric cancer (EGC).
In the current study, a one-pot method to prepare small lipid-indocyanine green (ICG) nanoparticles (L-ICG NPs) is proposed for treatment of colorectal cancer. The L-ICG NPs showed size distribution at around 20 nm with high stability and biocompatibility. addition, they can respond light irradiations exert oxidative/thermal stress damage, which effective anticancer benefits in vitro vivo using HT-29 cells as model.
Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of metastasis-associated 1 (MTA1), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) in a gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods The expressions MTA1, MMP-9, VEGF-C were detected with immunohistochemical method 120 cases adenocarcinoma tissues 30 normal tissues. Results The positive percentage proteins adenocarcinomas was 76.7%, 71.7%, 64.2%, respectively, which significantly...
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of apatinib on patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Forty-five cancer diagnosed in Heji Hospital Affiliated to Changzhi Medical College from December 2016 2018 were randomly divided into two groups by double blind method. Twenty-three control group received conventional chemotherapy, and 22 observation treated basis routine treatment. The treatment occurrence related complications compared between groups. Results The total...
