To predict mechanical equipment failures more accurately, an application based on the PCA-BP algorithm for failure prediction is proposed. After principal component analysis using PCA algorithm, it used as input data of BP neural network model, and then a model established. A large piece in plant research object to compare results method verify reliability fault prediction.
