目的 探讨高血压人群氧化应激状况,以期为临床高血压病人抗氧化治疗提供理论研究基础.结果在高血压人群中,总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)低于非高血压人群,而MDA含量高于非高血压人群,且差异具有显著性,而作为主要抗氧化因素的SOD和VitE水平差异无显著性.结论高血压病人处于高氧化应激水平,临床应用抗氧化药物治疗高血压可能有一定疗效。
