This note presents a time-varying global adaptive controller at the torque level that simultaneously solves both tracking and stabilization for mobile robots with unknown kinematic dynamic parameters. The synthesis is based on Lyapunov's direct method backstepping technique. Simulations illustrate effectiveness of proposed controller.
We present a time-varying global output-feedback controller that solves both tracking and stabilization for unicycle-type mobile robots simultaneously at the torque level. The synthesis is based on coordinate transformation, Lyapunov's direct method, backstepping technique. Simulations demonstrate result.
Abstract MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous small non‐coding RNAs regulating gene expression in animals and plants. To find some differentially expressed miRNAs that may be associated with age‐dependent behavioural changes honey bees ( Apis mellifera ), we applied next‐generation high‐throughput sequencing technology to detect nurses foragers. Our results showed both foragers had a complicated RNA population, the length of varied, 22 nucleotides being predominant length. Combining deep...
Abstract The incidence of colorectal polyps is rising. Certain types are considered to be the precursor lesions for cancers. To investigate prevalence and related factors in Chinese subjects, we first performed a cross-sectional study. A total 3066 subjects were documented, was 18.1%. Then evaluated risk via retrospective cohort study same population. 561 who received at least twice surveillance colonoscopies with available reports during period had no polyp endoscopy included study, whom...
The purpose of this study was to elucidate the characteristics multiple alkane hydroxylase systems in Pseudomonas aeruginosa DN1, including two homologues AlkB (AlkB1 and AlkB2), a CYP153 homologue (P450), Alm‐like (AlmA1 AlmA2). DN1 capable utilizing diverse n‐alkanes with chain lengths from 8 40 C atoms as sole carbon source, displayed high degradation efficiency (>85%) crude oil majority using gas chromatography method. RT‐qPCR analysis showed that five enzyme genes could be induced by...
We previously showed that the vitamin D receptor (VDR) plays a crucial role in acute inflammatory bowel disease and intestinal fibrosis is common complication of Crohn's (CD). Epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) an important hallmark fibrogenesis through which epithelial cells lose their phenotype transform into mesenchymal cells. It known VDR essential integrity mitochondrial function, but its remains unknown. Here, we investigated whether involved dysfunction results EMT fibrosis....
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has been suggested to be a risk factor associated with low BMD (bone mineral density) in several cross-sectional studies. The present longitudinal cohort study aims explore the effect of NAFLD and its severity on BMD.Between January 2013 August 2018, individuals who participated annual comprehensive health examinations were included. was presented using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA). These subjects diagnosed by ultrasound detection.A total...
This paper develops state and output feedback controllers that force underactuated ships to globally ultimately track a straight-line under environmental disturbances induced by wave, wind ocean current. When there are no disturbances, the able drive heading angle cross-tracking error zero asymptotically. Based on backstepping technique some technical lemmas introduced for non-linear system with non-vanishing full controller is first designed. An then developed using observer, which...
Insulin-like growth factor binding protein 1 (IGFBP1) is recently proved to be associated with glucose regulation and insulin resistance. However, little known about its direct impact on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). This study aims investigate the effect potential mechanism of IGFBP1 in NAFLD.We first measured expression level NAFLD patients, mice, cells. Then vivo study, C57BL/6 mice were fed a methionine/choline-deficient (MCD) diet for 4 weeks establish model NAFLD. And last...
Celastrol is extracted from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F. It has been reported to have protective effects against various liver diseases and immune regulation of autoimmune diseases. However, little known about whether celastrol protects immune-mediated hepatitis. This study aimed investigate the effect on injury induced by concanavalin A (ConA) potential mechanisms.Intravenous administration ConA was applied induce acute in mice with or without pretreatment celastrol. The ConA-induced were...
An association between female sex hormones and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) has been reported in epidemiological studies. However, a solid causal relationship not established. Therefore, we performed 2-sample Mendelian randomization (MR) study to explore the genetically predicted hormone exposure, especially estrogen, IBD.
