We propose a new framework for solving the hierarchy problem which does not rely on either supersymmetry or technicolor. In this framework, gravitational and gauge interactions become united at weak scale, we take as only fundamental short distance scale in nature. This report, prepared for the Community Planning Study - Snowmass 2013 summarizes theoretical motivations and experimental efforts to search baryon number violation, focussing on nucleon decay neutron-antineutron oscillations.
