This paper presents the research on tactile sensing system chip. The chips comprise of 5 × array Piezoelectric Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (POSFET) devices and temperature sensors. POSFET are obtained by spin coating piezoelectric polymer, poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)), films directly to gate area Metal (MOS) transistors. able measure dynamic contact forces temperatures. readout data acquisition acquire signals also presented. have been extensively...

Background Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin condition whose pathogenesis involves genetic predisposition, epidermal barrier dysfunction, alterations in the immune responses and microbial dysbiosis. Clinical studies have shown link between Staphylococcus aureus of AD, although origins diversity S. colonizing patients with AD poorly understood. The aim study was to investigate if specific clones might be associated disease. Methods WGS analyses were performed on 38...

Allergic rhinitis (AR) is one of the most common allergic diseases affecting children. Objective assessment nasal obstruction possible through active anterior rhinomanometry (AAR). Several factors, such as passive smoke exposure (PSE), are triggers for worsening and chronic inflammation. PSE affects bacterial eubiosis in upper respiratory tract. This study evaluates influence cotinine levels on both local microbiome composition children with AR.Fifty patients (aged between 6 16 years) AR...

Several studies have shown fluctuations in the maternal microbiota at various body sites (gut, oral cavity, and vagina). The skin plays an important role our health, but on changes during pregnancy are limited. Quantitative qualitative variations pregnant woman could indeed play roles modifying immune inflammatory responses of host. These alterations induce disorders affecting individual's dermal properties, potentially predict infant disorder unborn. present study aimed to characterize...

In recent decades, Acinetobacter baumannii emerged as a major infective menace in healthcare settings due to scarce therapeutic options treat infections. Therefore, undertaking genome comparison analyses of multi-resistant A. strains could aid the identification key bacterial determinants develop innovative anti-virulence approaches. Following sequencing, we performed molecular characterization genes and genomic two strains, #36 #150, with selected reference genomes. Despite different...

Escherichia coli is the bacterial pathogen most frequently associated with mare infertility. Here, we characterized 24 E. strains isolated from mares which presented signs of endometritis and infertility a genotypic phenotypic point view. The majority isolates belonged to phylogenetic group B1 (9/24, 37.5%). Regarding antibiotic resistance profiles, 10 out (41.7%) were multidrug-resistant (MDR). Moreover, 17 (70.8%) strong or moderate biofilm producers, these eight MDR strains....
