Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by blood glucose levels above normal limits. The impact of this disease on the population has increased in recent years. It already public health problem worldwide and one leading causes death. Recently, several proposals have been developed for better regular monitoring glucose. However, theses do not discard erroneous readings they are able to anticipate critical condition. In work, we propose an algorithm based double moving...

Hybrid MIMO communication systems are defined as a combination of architectures designed to achieve both multiplexing gain (such VBLAST), and diversity gain, STBC) such that transmission schemes have high spectral efficiency link reliability can be developed. In this paper we introduce new way represent hybrid systems, in which the detection process is carried out unified manner for spatial transmitted symbols, using an OSIC algorithm, but symbol by symbol, just single VBLAST performs. In...

In this work we propose a very low complexity OSIC detector based on Sorted QR decomposition (SQRD) for signal detection in hybrid STBC-VBLAST systems where the number of receive antennas is at least equal to transmit layers. The proposed reduces by 50% compared with conventional SQRD algorithm, and uses Givens Rotations implemented using CORDIC calculate decomposition. We show how scheme outperforms other recent schemes terms bit error rate required complexity.

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a common type of cardiac arrhythmia. AF associated with increased rates death and hospitalizations. It also related to degraded quality life reduced exercise capacity. Ageing increases the risk developing AF, as well hypertension obesity. Continuous ECG monitoring required in patients previously diagnosed AF. Studies have demonstrated that daily successful detection silent among older adults. In this sense facilitating using portable devices such Smartphones will...

Localization is one of the major problems in mobile wireless sensor networks, since it provides location an event occurrence. This paper evaluates performance range-based localization algorithms: multilateration algorithm, weighted maximum likelihood algorithm and with a correcting factor. We also propose factor through which error decreased addition that corrects distance between node interest reference nodes. Our proposal includes analysis noise environment due to time arrival interest's...

Localization is one of the main problems in Mobile Wireless Sensor Networks, since it provides location an event occurrence. This paper presents a performance evaluation localization algorithms: Multilateration Algorithm, Weighted Algorithm and Probabilistic (PMA). In addition, we propose Improved that decreases error interest node by using approach computes iteratively position until reaches solution minimizes error. The proposed regards noisy environment its impact on correlation matrix...

This paper presents a proposal for an architecture in FPGA the implementation of low complexity near maximum likelihood (Near-ML) detection algorithm multiple input-multiple output (MIMO) quadrature spatial modulation (QSM) transmission system. The proposed is based on tree search and spherical strategy. Our was verified context MIMO receiver. effects finite length arithmetic limited precision were evaluated terms their impact receiver bit error rate (BER). We defined minimum fixed point...

This paper describes the behavior of two popular thin-QR decomposition algorithms when they are implemented using fixed-point arithmetic. is studied in context a V-BLAST receiver, and effects limited precision evaluated terms their impact on receiver's bit error rate. Our analysis under these conditions shows strong dependence numerical precision, for both integer fractional parts. We have also identified an "error floor" effect, where rate reaches limit stops improving even if increased. In...
