Seven strawberry genotypes were analyzed in order to differentiate fruit production and quality. The discarded leaves (by-product) also used characterize their phytochemical profile with a view potential use the pharmaceutical agricultural industries. multivariate analysis gave rise heterogeneous groups among seven genotypes. 'Fronteras' 'Monterey' most productive. 'Camino Real' produced fruits highest polyphenols concentrations. best and, together Real', antioxidant activity. differ terms...

The lack of information on inflorescence pruning strawberry cultivars can compromise fruit yield and quality. aim this study was to investigate whether intensities interfere with the horticultural potential cultivars. treatments studied were three (‘Albion’, ‘Monterey’, ‘San Andreas’) four (no pruning, removal first inflorescence, two inflorescences, inflorescences). experiment laid out in randomized blocks, replications. Fruit production quality assessed. ‘Monterey’ produced most had...

The inoculation of strawberry cultivars with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) is a profitable and viable biotechnological tool, potential to improve the horticultural performance plants. However, this biotechnology lacking unknown producers. aim research was investigate whether in absence presence AMF differ their performance. treatments, delineated bifactorial scheme, were four two AMF-based inoculants. experiment designed randomized blocks, three replications. root system ‘Albion’...

One of the difficulties in kale seedlings production containers is to ensure aboveground biomass with a limited portion roots, restricted small volume substrate. Thus, we investigated whether substrates organic compost added it associated cultivars interfere quality produced greenhouse. Here, studied two and five substrates. The experiment was designed randomized blocks, treatments arranged bifactorial scheme (2 x 5), three replications. We carried out physical chemical characterization...
