Abstract Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) is a significant medical condition characterized by the abrupt decline in kidney function.Low‐intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS), non‐invasive therapeutic technique employing low‐intensity acoustic wave pulses, has shown promise promoting tissue repair and regeneration. A novel LIPUS system was developed evaluated rat AKI models, focusing on its effects glomerular filtration rate (GFR), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr), Notch1‐Akt‐eNOS...

Abstract High tumor mutation burden (TMB), which is associated with increased immunogenicity, has been identified to predict improved response immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) therapy in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). As host immunity also significant eliminate cells, however, its clinical impact on immunotherapy still largely unknown. Here we explored the influence of age, an important characteristic evaluate patients, TMB-based predictive system for ICIs NSCLC. Our results showed...

The prognostic performance of different lymph node staging schemes for adenocarcinoma esophagogastric junction (AEG) remains controversial. objective the present study was to compare efficacy number metastases (LNMs), positive ratio (LNR) and log odds nodes (LODDS). Patients diagnosed with Siewert type II AEG were included from Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results database. Background: Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays an important role in the invasion and migration during cancer metastasis. Wnt3a is one of ligands canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, which contributes to carcinogenesis progression lung cell lines. The aim this study was evaluate association between EMT-related proteins (E-cadherin N-cadherin), further investigate its impact on prognosis adenocarcinoma patients. Abstract Background Esophageal cancer (EC) is a malignant tumor with high mortality. Nomogram an important tool used in clinical prognostic assessment. We aimed to establish novel nomogram predict the overall survival (OS) of EC patients after radical esophagectomy. Methods Data pertaining survival, demography, and clinicopathology 311 who underwent esophagectomy were retrospectively investigated.
