A palladium-catalyzed asymmetric allylation of N-fluorenyl trifluoromethyl imine with allylic acetates is disclosed. This method provides scalable and efficient access to polysubstituted chiral α-trifluoromethyl amines bearing two adjacent stereocenters one allyl group in high yields excellent regio-, diastereo-, enantioselectivity.
