본 연구는 10종의 MS(microsatellite) Marker를 이용하여 한국 재래닭 품종 내 외모 특성에 의해 구분되는 3계통(적갈색: 60수, 황갈색: 46수, 흑색: 40수)과 오골계 집단(49수), 총 4계통(총 195수)에 대한 유전 특성을 분석하고, 이를 활용하여 동일성 검정을 실시할 경우 개체 식별에 신뢰도를 검정하기 위해 실시하였다. 집단 간의 유전적 유연관계를 알아보기 각 MS marker별 대립 유전자의 빈도를 산출하여 근거로 집단간의 보정을 통한 방법을 이용하는 DISPAN program을 거리에 추정 결과 R(적갈색 계통)과 L(흑색 계통)간의 거리는 0.05로 가장 가까운 것으로 나타났으며, R과 Y(황갈색 계통, 0.073), Y과 L(0.083) 역시 거리를 나타내고 있음을 확인하였다. 반면, 집단과 집단(S) 0.149(R과 S), 0.144(Y과 S) 그리고 0.158(L과 S)으로 비교적 먼 나타나 차별성을 확인할 수 있었다. marker를...
본 연구는 MC3T3-E1 조골전구세포에 실크피브로인 처리 시 파골세포분화 관련 국소인자 중 파골세포로의 분화를 강력히 유도하는 IL-1β의 발현 및 분화억제에 관여하는 국소인자인 OPG의 발현변화를 조골세포 조건배양액에서 살펴보았으며, 이 조건배양액을 RAW264.7 파골전구세포에 억제하는지를 알아보았다. 발현은 농도별(0.001 ㎎/mL~0.1 ㎎/mL) 86%~100%로 양성대조군(+C)과 유의적 차이가 없었다. 그러나 0.1 ㎎/mL 양성대조군(+C)의 1.8% 수준으로 그 발현을 현저히 억제 하였다. 조골세포조건배양액을 처리한 세포의 분화정도는 농도 의존적으로 감소하였다. 특히, ㎎/mL의 실크피브로인을 조건배양액 파골세포로 분화하지 않은 음성대조군(-RANKL) 파골세포 억제한 것은 증가가 아닌 억제에 의한 것으로 사료되며, 추후 연구를 통해 기전의 연구가 필요할것으로 생각되어진다.
