Research of interactions between EM Field and biological systems is growing interests elsewhere. Also here in Czech Republic there are several groups working this field, often international co-operations. The paper deals with the introduction of microwave applicator lens aperture operating at a frequency 434 MHz. has convergent effect transmitted electromagnetic waves in lossy dielectrics value relative permittivity close to values biological tissues. This study is preparative phase for future development based on metamaterial technology.
