This paper presents an investigation on the humidity sensitivity of deposited multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) networks using ac dielectrophoresis (DEP) between interdigitated electrodes (IDEs). MWCNTs dispersed in ethanol were trapped and enriched IDEs a Si/SiO(2) substrate under positive DEP force. After process, was evaporated MWCNT network with put into furnace for repeated thermal annealing. It found that resistance stability effectively improved through The obtained by measuring...

We present the results of third European Comparison Absolute Gravimeters held in Walferdange, Grand Duchy Luxembourg, November 2011. Twenty-two gravimeters from both metrological and non-metrological institutes are compared. For first time, corrections for laser beam diffraction self-attraction implemented. The gravity observations also corrected geophysical changes that occurred during comparison using a superconducting gravimeter. show these improve degree equivalence between gravimeters....

In November 2013 an International Key Comparison, CCM.G-K2, was organized in the Underground Laboratory for Geodynamics Walferdange. The comparison has assembled 25 participants coming from 19 countries and four different continents. divided into two parts: key that included 10 NMIs or DIs, pilot study including all participants. global result given by confirms instruments are absolutely coherent to each other. results obtained confirm a good agreement between NMI instruments.

Algae biosorption is an ideal wastewater treatment method when coupled with algae growth and biosorption. The adsorption bioaccumulation of strontium from simulated nuclear by Scenedesmus spinosus were investigated in this research. One hundred mL cultured S. cells a dry weight 1.0 mg used to analyze the effects on cell as well characters under conditions 25 ± 1 °C approximately 3,000 lux illumination. results showed that had highly selective capacity for strontium, maximum bioremoval ratio...

Abstract This paper focuses on calibrating and modeling of distortional hardening behaviours in twinning induced plasticity steels. True stress-strain curves for uniaxial tension, plane strain pure shear specimens are inversely identified from corresponding load-displacement curves. The study reveals that accurately predicting the TWIP980 steel under tension stress states is challenging with an isotropic model, a negative hydrostatic effect observed through testing. A novel model proposed to...

Objective To evaluate two kinds of traditional Chinese mouthwash on the anaerobic bacteria oral cavity and levels volatile sulfur compounds. Methods A dual-center, randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical trials lasted for one month was adopted. total 60 subjects selected randomly allocated in three groups—Xipayi group, Jinzhi Jieyin group placebo group. Recordings were assessed at baseline, weeks month. They included changes compounds cavity. Results: At month, Xipayi resulted a...

An accurate determination of gravitational acceleration, usually approximated as 9.8 m s−2, has been playing an important role in the areas metrology, geophysics, and geodetics. Absolute gravimetry experiencing rapid developments recent years. Most absolute gravimeters today employ a free-fall method to measure acceleration. Noise from ground vibration become one most serious factors limiting measurement precision. Compared isolators, correction is simple feasible way reduce influence...

In a free-fall absolute gravimeter, laser interferometer is used to track the falling retro-reflector. To buffer reference retro-reflector from seismic noise, low-frequency vertical vibration isolator traditionally used. However, an isolation device usually complicated and expensive. A strap-down system using seismometer record correct measurement resolves issue, but actual recorded cannot be directly because of signal transfer delay amplitude attenuation. Nevertheless, by quadratically...

For the applications in precision measurement such as absolute gravimeter, we have designed and built an ultra-low frequency vertical vibration isolator based on LaCoste spring linkage. In system, arm with test mass is suspended by a mechanical extension spring, one end of connected to frame flexible pivots. The displacement detected optical reflection method. With signal, feedback control force exerted keep it at balance position. This method can also correct systematic drift caused...
