Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease is a rare, idiopathic and usually self-limiting caused by lymphadenitis. The main symptoms are lymphadenopathy fever, less frequent night sweats, arthralgia, weight loss rashes. A case of 16 years old boy presented. His complaints were cervical mass presenting for about three weeks, fatigue.
