Psoriasis severity categories have been important tools for clinicians to use in treatment decisions as well determine eligibility criteria clinical studies. However, owing the heterogeneity of classifications and their lack consideration impact psoriasis involvement special areas or past history, patients may be miscategorized, which can lead undertreatment psoriasis. To develop a consensus statement on classification severity.A modified Delphi approach was developed by International Council...

Abstract From our series of 72 patients with articular chondrocalcinosis, 37 who presented polyarticular involvement are described. Twenty‐eight patients, including 19 aggregated within different family groups, natives the Chiloé island group. Members 1 6 families had unusually severe disease deformities, and bony ankylosis multiple joints. Pathologic findings in both acute chronic stages joint presented, particularly, some changes that have not been described previously.

Nowadays, many major copper mining projects in desert areas with extremely dry climates, as northern Chile and the southern coast of Peru, process sulfide ores at high production rates; some cases over 100,000 metric tonnes per day (mtpd), generating large amounts tailings, that are commonly managed transported to tailings storage facilities (TSF) hydraulically using fresh water. Considering climate, water scarcity, community demands, environmental constraints these areas, efficient use is...
