Background: Delivery of a high concentration anticancer drugs specifically to cancer cells remains the biggest challenge for treatment multidrug-resistant cancer. Poloxamers and D-α-Tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate (TPGS) are known inhibitors P-glycoprotein (P-gp). Mixed micelles prepared from Poloxamer 407 TPGS may increase therapeutic efficacy drug by delivering concentrations inside inhibiting P-gp. Gambogic acid (GA) is naturally derived novel agent, but poor solubility...

Doxorubicin was intercalated into novel zirconium phosphate nano-platelets (ZrP). The obtained doxorubicin ZrP had an impressive 34.9% (w/w) drug loading. We used this material to deliver breast cancer cells (MCF-7). Cellular studies with MCF-7 showed higher uptake and cytotoxicity of loaded compared free doxorubicin.

Exosomes are extracellular vesicles released by almost all cell types, including cancer cells, into bodily fluids such as saliva, plasma, breast milk, semen, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, amniotic synovial fluid and sputum. Their key function being intercellular communication with both neighbouring well distant cells. Cancer exosomes have been shown to regulate organ-specific metastasis. However, little is known about the functional differences molecular consequences of normal cells responding...
