Abstract Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has been redetected after discharge in some disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients. The reason for the recurrent positivity of test and potential public health concern due to this occurrence are still unknown. Here, we analyzed viral data clinical manifestations 289 domestic Chinese COVID-19 patients found that 21 individuals (7.3%) were readmitted hospitalization detection SARS-CoV-2 discharge. First, experimentally confirmed...

CoronaVac is an inactivated vaccine containing whole-virion SARS-CoV-2, which has been approved in 43 countries for emergency use as of 26 November 2021. However, the long-term immune persistence still unknown. Here, we reported status antibodies and cellular responses within 12 months after two doses CoronaVac. Such data are crucial to inform ongoing future vaccination strategies combat COVID-19.

Safe and effective vaccines are the best method to defeat worldwide SARS-CoV-2 its circulating variants. The S protein subunits most attractive targets for development of protein-based vaccines. In this study, we evaluated three lipophilic adjuvants, monophosphoryl lipid A (MPLA), Toll-like receptor (TLR) 1/2 ligand Pam3CSK4, α-galactosylceramide (α-GalCer), in liposomal nonliposomal immunological results showed that MPLA-adjuvanted vaccine induced strongest humoral cellular immunity....

Developing a novel and potent adjuvant with great biocompatibility for immune response augmentation is of significance to enhance vaccine efficacy. In this work, we prepared long-term stable, pH-sensitive, biodegradable Mn3(PO4)2·3H2O nanoparticle (nano-MnP) by simply mixing MnCl2/NaH2PO4/Na2HPO4 solution the first time employed it as an stimulant in bivalent COVID-19 protein comprised wild-type S1 (S1-WT) Omicron (S1-Omicron) proteins antigens elicit broad-spectrum immunity. We tested the ability of inactivated SARS-CoV vaccine to induce neutralizing antibodies in BALB/c mice. The was prepared by virus propagation Vero cells, with subsequent β-propiolactone inactivation and Sepharose 4FF column chromatography purification. One hundred forty female mice were divided into seven groups 20 each. Of groups, three inoculated 0.1, 1, 3 μg without adjuvant while other at same dosages aluminum hydroxide as adjuvant, respectively. remaining group set up a blank control....

With the rapid development of financial market, many professional traders use technical indicators to analyze stock market. As one these indicators, moving average convergence divergence (MACD) is widely applied by investors. MACD a momentum indicator derived from exponential (EMA) or exponentially weighted (EWMA), which reacts more significantly recent price changes than simple (SMA). Traders find analysis 12- and 26-day EMA very useful insightful for determining buy-and-sell points. The...

The coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is causing serious impacts in the world, and safe effective vaccines medicines are best methods to combat disease. receptor-binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein plays a key role interacting with angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) receptor, regarded as an important target vaccines. Herein, we constructed adjuvant-protein conjugate Pam3CSK4-RBD vaccine candidate, which N-terminal RBD was site-selectively oxidized by transamination...

Exploring potent adjuvants and new vaccine strategies is crucial for the development of protein vaccines. In this work, we synthesized a TLR4 agonist, structurally simplified lipid A analogue GAP112, as built-in adjuvant to improve immunogenicity SARS-CoV-2 spike RBD protein. The agonist GAP112 was site-selectively conjugated on N-terminus construct an adjuvant–protein conjugate in liposomal formulation. It first time that site-specifically quantitatively antigen. Global campaign against COVID-19 have vaccinated a significant portion of the world population in recent years. Combating pandemic with mRNA vaccines played pivotal role global immunization effort. However, individual responses to vaccine are diverse and lead varying vaccination efficacy. Despite progress, complete understanding molecular mechanisms driving immune response remains elusive. To address this gap, we combined novel nanoparticle-based proteomic workflow tandem mass tag (TMT)...

In recent years, deep learning methods such as convolutional neural network (CNN) and transformers have made significant progress in CT multi-organ segmentation. However, segmentation based on masked image modeling (MIM) are very limited. There already using MAE for task, we believe that the existing do not identify most difficult areas to reconstruct. To this end, propose a MIM self-training framework with hard patches mining autoencoders tasks (selfMedHPM). The method performs ViT...
