Under natural conditions, species of blue honeysuckles grow on soils with a wide range pH. In this work, for the first time under artificial in vitro influence nutrient medium pH 3.8 to 8.3 viability and growth development parameters was studied Lonicera edulis from bluehoneysuckle subsection. It found that does not affect propagation coefficient edulis; however, more alkaline media caused shortening its shoots by reducing length internodes. Our data suggested affects rooting microshoots...
Rhodiola rosea L. is a valuable medicinal plant with adaptogenic, neuroprotective, antitumor, cardioprotective, and antidepressant effects. In this study, design of experiments methodology was employed to analyze optimize the interacting effects mineral compounds (concentration NO3- ratio NH4+ K+) two growth regulators [total 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) α-naphthylacetic acid (NAA) concentration BAP NAA] on production total phenolic (TPCs) in R. calluses. The overall effect model highly...
A new species, Nitraria iliensis sp. nov., is described from the Ili basin, Almaty region, Kazakhstan. It belongs to section ser. Sibiricae and morphologically similar N. sibirica Pall. An integrative taxonomic approach based on molecular, biochemical morphological analyses, along with palynological data, was used delimit this species. The studied species of genus are illustrated, photographs authentic specimens as well a distribution map segregate taxa, provided. Morphological characters...
Variation of metric and qualitative characteristics A. incana (L.) Moench. glutinosa Gaertn. has been studied in 10 natural populations West Siberia, Russia the Czech Republic connection with problem hybridization. Morphological peculiarities species their spontaneous hybrids are shown. Twelve leaf were used, addition, assessed, such as: type bark, degree pubescence leaves stems, presence a "tuft" angles veins. The reasons for hybridization these discussed.

An analysis of pollen grains (in Nitraria sibirica Pall., N. schoberi L., komarovii Iljin & Lava ex Bobrov, and pamirica L. Vassil.) was performed on natural material collected in Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan. Herbarium specimens from the collection at Komarov Botanical Institute, Russian Academy Sciences (N. tangutorum Bobrov praevisa Bobrov) were examined, too. Pollen two species-N. praevisa-were studied for first time. found to have perprolate shape, whereas subprolate shape....
Nitraria komarovii Iljin & Lava ex Bobrov is newly reported for the flora of Kazakhstan. The two new records extend range this species eastward from its previously known in Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. A full description N. given first time, along with illustrations, notes on taxonomy, a distribution map. most similar to schoberi L., but differs habit, narrower longer, linear-spatulate, greenish-yellow leaves, which gradually narrow base, more subtle inflorescences, size stone,...
The content and composition of phenolic compounds in leaves 3 Nitraria L. species from 12 populations have been studied with a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). investigation has detected 17 compounds, the maximum number components is indicated N. pamirica Vassil. schoberi plants 2 populations, minimum – 6 revealed komarovii Iljin et Lava. Hyperoside (O-glycoside quercetin), narcissin isoramnetin), quercetin (flavonol) luteolin (flavon) identified. Studied accumulate significant...
