Pneumothorax is rare but can be a severe complication of laparoscopic surgery. Diagnosis pneumothorax in laparoscopy includes the sudden increase end-tidal carbon dioxide (EtCO2) with decrease compliance and an abnormal airway pressure. By these case reports, we recommend simultaneous monitoring pressures, dynamic compliance, particularly, EtCO2 for immediate diagnosis prompt treatment pneumothorax.
