In this study we evaluate the capacity of Virtual Hybridization to identify between highly related bacterial strains. Limited data are available regarding microbial contamination in oregano. This study aimed to evaluate the microbiological quality and presence of diarrheagenic Escherichia coli pathotypes nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) 85 oregano samples purchased from different markets Mexico City.
