Purpose: To determine the relationship between dry eye disease (DED) and depressive symptoms in a nationally representative sample of Korean women. Methods: This population-based cross-sectional study comprised 6655 women (aged 19 years or older) participating fifth annual Korea National Health Nutrition Examination Survey from 2010 to 2011. Psychological problems associated with clinically diagnosed DED by ophthalmologists were assessed using questionnaires surveys. Data analyzed logistic...

It is shown that for two open quantum dots connected by a wire, ``bound states in the continuum'' of single electron are formed at nearly periodic distances between dots. This due to Fabry-P\'erot interference quasibound each dot. The bound nonlocal, describing trapped both same time. Theoretical and numerical results show exist even if wire connecting relatively long.
