A new electrochemiluminescent (ECL) biosensor based on an electrically heated carbon paste electrode (HCPE) that was surface modified by xanthine oxidase (XOD) designed and constructed in this work. It found the ECL intensity of luminol could be enhanced at XOD/HCPE adding hypoxanthine (HX) to solution, there a linear relationship between concentration HX. On basis this, enzyme can thus developed detect However, because activity XOD is highly dependent temperature, very sensitive temperature...

Abstract Electrically heated graphite cylindrical electrodes (HGCEs) made from ground pencil leads have been used to perform adsorptive stripping square wave voltammetry (SWV) measurements of trace riboflavin (RF). The SWV peak current was significantly enhanced with increasing the electrode temperature only during preconcentration step. This enhancement due forced thermal convection induced by heating rather than bulk solution. It is that has ability improve mass transfer and facilitate...

Abstract A nanocomposite of CdSe quantum dots with nitrogen‐doped carbon nanotubes was prepared for enhancing the electrochemiluminescent (ECL) emission dots. With hydrogen peroxide as co‐reactant, modified electrode showed a cathodic ECL starting potential −0.97 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) in phosphate buffer solution, which five‐times stronger than that from pure and three‐times composited nanotubes. The latter −1.19 V. This result led to sensitive sensing good stability, acceptable reproducibility...

The utilization of selective laser melting (SLM) for high entropy alloys (HEAs) holds significant promise in commercial applications, and substantial experimental research efforts have been directed toward this domain. To take advantage the reported data SLM manufactured (SLM-ed) HEAs reduce unnecessary experimentation, study incorporates machine learning (ML) techniques phase tensile properties prediction SLM-ed HEAs, thus presenting a novel avenue accelerating discovery new HEAs. To enhance the applicability of dual-phase high-entropy alloys (HEAs) like Fe32Cr33Ni29Al3Ti3, fabricated via selective laser melting (SLM), a focus on improving their mechanical properties is essential. As part this effort, heat treatment was explored. This study compares microstructure and as-printed sample with those cooled in water after undergoing at temperatures ranging from 1000 to 1200 ℃ for 1 hour. Both pre- post-treatment samples reveal comprising FCC BCC phases. Although led...
