Existing single-photon computational imaging systems always combine avalanche diode (SPAD)/photomultiplier tube (PMT) and time-correlated counting (TCSPC) together to collect the signals for imaging. However, high equipment complexity cost limit wide applications of systems. To overcome this problem, in paper we propose employ multi-pixel photon counter (MPPC) as signal receiver simplify system. Due linearity output amplitude MPPC, number received photons can be directly quantized; thus,...

Magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles are relatively advanced nanomaterials, and widely used in biology, physics medicine, especially as contrast agents for magnetic resonance imaging. Characterization of the properties plays an important role application particles. As a agent, relaxation rate directly affects image enhancement. We characterized series monodispersed using different methods measured their rates 0.47 T low-field Nuclear Resonance instrument. Generally speaking, closely related to...

An improved particle swarm optimization is used to train ridgelet neural network instead of the traditional gradient algorithms. Firstly, model rigdelet and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) algorithm are briefly described. Secondly, an with self-adaptation mutation factor proposed. Then applied training. Experimental results demonstrate that new better than in training network. It has both a stability steady convergence, easy be realized.

Abstract The T 2 spectrum obtained by inversion of the nuclear magnetic resonance logging echo signal can provide various petrophysical parameters to help technicians effectively identify type fluid. However, raw data with a low signal-to-noise ratio cause results deviate from truth. Therefore, deep learning denoising method is proposed eliminate limitations traditional mathematical transform methods. A one-dimensional convolutional generative adversarial networks model designed fit noise...

We numerically investigate the high-efficiency photovoltaic effect in lateral p-n homojunction based on monolayer black phosphorus (MBP) by using non-equilibrium Green's function combined with density functional theory. Due to built-in electric field of junction and wrinkle structure MBP, photocurrent excited either linearly or elliptically polarized light is significantly enhanced a wide photon energy range. Moreover, because electron-photon interaction, related atomic orbitals through...

Individual aggressive behavior under emergencies is contagious, and often leads to collective behavior. In this paper, we apply the epidemic model investigate contagion of individual emergencies, extending SEIRS (Susceptible–Exposed–Infected–Recovered–Susceptible) by adding a new group people – uninducible individuals. Thus, dynamic USEIRS (Uninducible–Susceptible–Exposed–Infected–Recovered–Susceptible) developed. The threshold deduced from through analysis eliminating prevailing stabilities...

In this paper, the influences of signal bandwidth and phase delay on spatial resolution complex susceptibility based magnetic particle imaging (csMPI) are investigated by modeling transfer function measurement circuit. Based simulation experimental results, it is found that will significantly impact csMPI. To avoid influence narrow circuit csMPI, a resonance with −3 dB 2.3 kHz (much larger than desired csMPI signal) frequency 12.8 adopted to measure weak nonlinear magnetization...

The multi-exponential inversion of a NMR relaxation signal plays key role in core analysis and logging interpretation the formation porous media. To find an efficient metod inverting high-resolution time spectra rapidly, this paper studies effect which is based on discretization original echo domain by using simulation model. This analyzes ill-condition discrete equations basis model method, determines appropriate number echoes acquires optimal distribution points Lloyd–Max quantization...
