Pyroptosis has been reported to improve the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and may be a strategy enhance osteosarcoma treatment. The extent which modulation of mitochondria could induce pyroptosis immunotherapy not characterized. We synthesized mitochondria-targeting polymer micelle (OPDEA-PDCA), in poly[2-(N-oxide-N,N-diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate] (OPDEA) was used target conjugated dichloroacetate (DCA) inhibit pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 1 (PDHK1). This conjugate induced...

Electrochemical generation of N-acyloxy amidyl radicals via an inner-sphere electron-transfer process is described for the first time. With NaBr as catalyst and electrolyte, in situ generated undergo intramolecular C(sp2/sp3)-H aminations to give lactams with unprecedented regio- chemoselectivities. Moreover, synthetic utility current method demonstrated by synthesis PJ34 Phenaglaydon.

A practical, electrochemical method is developed for the direct dehydrogenative lactonization of C(sp2/sp3)–H bonds under external oxidant- and metal-free conditions, delivering diverse lactones, including coumarin derivatives with excellent regioselectivity. The scalable nature this newly process was demonstrated on a 40 g scale following an operationally simple protocol. remote C(sp3)–H would constitute important synthetic advance toward C–O bond formation.

Abstract Arylation of carbonyls, one the most common approaches toward alcohols, has received tremendous attention, as alcohols are important feedstocks and building blocks in organic synthesis. Despite great progress, there is still a gap to develop an ideal arylation method featuring mild conditions, good functional group tolerance, readily available starting materials. We now show that electrochemical can fill gap. By taking advantage synthetic electrochemistry, commercially aldehydes...

The rational development and utilization of saline soils brackish water resources has aroused great concern in the world. In present study, soil column leaching indoor simulation method was conducted to explore salt migration characteristics highly soil. Both (2.84 g/L) Yellow River Water (0.51 were used for analyze compare their corresponding required volume, desalination rate, chemical ion composition. results showed that (1) volume 535–875 mm 455–1125 (depth is 100 cm), respectively. time...

Previously we showed that neuropeptide Y (NPY), a sympathetic vasoconstrictor neurotransmitter, stimulates endothelial cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation in vitro. Here, report on NPY's actions, receptors, mediators ischemic angiogenesis. In rats, hindlimb ischemia NPY release (attenuated by lumbar sympathectomy) upregulates NPY-Y2 (Y2) receptor peptidase forming Y2/Y5-selective agonist. Exogenous at physiological concentrations also induces Y5 receptor, neovascularization,...

A bifunctional amino sulfonohydrazide which contains multiple sites for hydrogen bonding with substrates was found to enhance reactivity and enantioselectivity in the direct asymmetric Mannich reaction of N-sulfonyl cyclic ketimines ketones. In this efficient transformation, not only methyl ketones but also can be employed provide a general methodology construct tetrasubstituted α-amino ester stereoselective manner. The synthetic utility substituted product is demonstrated by synthesis...
