The purpose of this study is to compare the visibility microcalcifications digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) and full-field mammography (FFDM) using specimens.Thirty-one specimens' DBT FFDM were retrospectively reviewed by four readers.The image quality was rated as superior or equivalent in 71.0% reader 1, 67.8% 2, 64.5% 3, 80.6% 4. Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS) is an inherited autosomal-dominant tumor-predisposition disorder caused by germline mutations in the TP53 tumor suppressor gene.
