연구목적 미용실과 관련된 연구 동향과 주제의 서명을 계량서지학적 분석을 통하여 연구동향의 흐름과 현황, 주된 분야를 파악함으로서 앞으로의 연구방향성을 제시하고 미용서비스 산업의 지속적인 발전을 강구하는 것이다. 연구방법 학술연구정보서비스(www.riss.kr)에서 검색어 미용실 외 14건의 석·박사 학위 논문 총 2,128건 중 본 연구와 관계없는 1,052건은 삭제하고 1,076건의 대상으로 빈도분석, 공출현 빈도 매트릭스, 공출현시각화로 분석하였다. 결과 첫째 미용실의 학위논문의 연도별 발표 현황을 보면 1986년 시작해서 2001년 이후 소폭 증가하였고, 2007년과 2014년 증가한 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째 논문의 서명의 출현단어는 영항연구 521회, 353회, 미용사 191회, 피부미용실 170회, 헤어미용실 139회, 서비스품질 125회, 만족도 122회, 고객 102회 순으로 나타나났다. 셋째, 서명으로 도출된 출현단어를 6개의 핵심 주제어 분류하고, 간의...
