Among several kinds of high-speed access network technologies, wavelength-division-multiplexing passive optical (WDM-PON) is the most suitable for increasing bandwidth requirements in future. In this paper, we propose overlay WDM-PON which uses multicast and virtual local area (VLAN) technologies integration services such as Internet surfing, voice-over protocol (VoIP) video on demand (VoD). addition, shared channel based performance evaluations demonstrate operations advantages using OPNET

Giant magnetoresistance (GMR) signals and the magneto-optic Kerr effect (MOKE) are combined to investigate asymmetric domain wall (DW) motion in a GMR spin-valve stripe consisting of wire circular ring. In propagation tail-to-tail DW, left-hand side, top-half ring, bottom-half right-hand side reversed sequence. However, head-to-head bottom half-ring, ring switched addition, critical current density for DW depinning shows behavior. For depinning, negative pulses lower than that positive...

This paper presents a 130 GHz differential common-source architecture power amplifier using 40-nm CMOS process. To ensure proper matching between the stages, except for output, transformer was used to achieve conjugate matching. For balun match it maximum output load impedance. On-wafer tests showed that gain of 22.5 dB at GHz, 3-dB bandwidth 15 and saturation 7.7 dBm. At supply voltage 1 V, consumption 81 mW, PAE 7.1 % saturated power. The chip area, excluding pads, 388 μm×168 μm.

We present the real-time 3D traffic simulator RASY (Real-time autonomous vehicle developed by Yonsei University), for modeling and analysis of various congestion scenarios, including interactions among human-driven vehicles. Vehicles with different control models can be generated to investigate effects environment on flow during simulations congestion. A data log simulation exported post-processing analysis. Following an under congested conditions, we found that a faster reaction time...

In this paper, the program and erase characteristics of a two-transistor (2T) SONOS nonvolatile memory (NVM) cell have been described by using one-shot simulations device simulations. addition, mismatched charge distribution between electrons holes has verified through measurements The (P/E) operations are performed channel hot electron injection (CHEI) band to tunneling induced hole (BTBT-HHI), respectively. Because complete operation can't be achieved with longer control gate (CG) lengths,...

In this paper, an embedded 2T SONOS nonvolatile memory structure has been proposed for NVM cell in 90nm standard HVCMOS process. This can be fabricated by several steps such as ONO formation, junction implant, removal films, those are non-critical processes and masks. The is operated CHEI programming BTBT-HHI erasing. confirmed with 64kB test chip, program erase operation, cycling, data retention. With wide window good reliability, the medium density memory.

The novel select gate lateral coupling (SGLC) cell has a single poly structure and operates using between the floating (FG) (SG) without additional processes on base platform. In this paper, we have fabricated pure logic CMOS processed SGLC for first time compared it with an HVCMOS cell. Because of thinner oxide, process lower value than that However, shows higher current performance having thicker oxide. Thanks to inverse relationship ratio current, back bias effect, gives comparable in...

In order to solve the differentiated service problem in optical burst switching (OBS) networks, we propose a dynamic fiber delay line (FDL) bank partitioning algorithm, which divides FDL into several groups, using feed-forward output buffering architecture. analysis, three classes and groups are considered for traffic FDL, respectively, each group is assigned class. This paper shows that loss differentiation OBS networks easily accomplished Poisson environments when our algorithm adopted.

In this paper, we propose a dynamic bandwidth allocation in wavelength division multiplexing based passive optical network (WDM-PON) with loop-back scheme. A approach is to replace the transmitter ONTs reflective modulator, which uses part of downstream light as source for upstream. We can utilize scheme share cost components PON. present algorithm maximize efficiency.
