Abstract The growth of artificial intelligence leads to a computational burden in solving non-deterministic polynomial-time (NP)-hard problems. Ising computer, which aims solve NP-hard problems faces challenges such as high power consumption and limited scalability. Here, we experimentally present an annealing computer based on 80 superparamagnetic tunnel junctions (SMTJs) with all-to-all connections, solves 70-city traveling salesman problem (TSP, 4761-node problem). By taking advantage the...

Influenza A virus remains a major threat to public health worldwide after its first pandemic. Scientists keep searching novel anti-influenza drugs, of which natural products present be an important source. Myricetin, flavonol compound, exists in many edible plants, has wide range biological activities, but activity is ambiguous. This study aims evaluate the myricetin and elucidate underlying mechanism. Our results demonstrated that could significantly inhibit influenza replication, reduce...

Abstract Methyl brevifolincarboxylate (MBC) was isolated from ethyl acetate extract of Canarium album (Lour.) Raeusch. The structure identified, and the effect on influenza A virus infection evaluated. MBC exhibited inhibitory activity against A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1) A/Aichi/2/68 (H3N2) with IC 50 values 27.16 ± 1.39 μM 33.41 2.34 μM. Mechanism studies indicated that inhibited replication by targeting PB2 cap‐binding domain. Our results demonstrated a potent inhibitor represented as new...

Influenza virus infections and the continuing spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) are global public health concerns. As there limited therapeutic options available in clinical practice, rapid development safe, effective globally antiviral drugs is crucial. Drug repurposing a strategy used treatments for newly emerging re-emerging infectious diseases. It has recently been shown that voltage-dependent Ca2+ channel Cav1.2 critical influenza A entry, providing...

The key element for navigating an Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) is a lightweight yet high-resolution imaging system. Visible light [1] provides but lacks depth information and severely impaired under low-light conditions. LiDAR [2] has long-range detection, it limited foggy/complex lighting In contrast, Ultrasound Imaging System (UIS) not affected by conditions can provide with less power smaller form factor. However, conventional UISs [3–5] are only based on single-frequency scan,...

Generally, influenza virus neuraminidase (NA) plays a critical role in the release stage of virus. Recently, it has been found that NA may promote to access target cells. However, mechanism remain unclear. Here, we reported peramivir indeed possessed anti-influenza A (IAV) activity viral entry. Importantly, verified residues involved As result, as an efficient inhibitor could suppress initiation IAV infection. Furthermore, mutational analysis showed might be associated with entry via amino...

Abstract Development of new and effective antiinfluenza drugs is critical for prophylaxis treatment influenza A virus (IAV) infection. wide range amphibian skin secretions have been identified to show antiviral activity. Our previously reported ESC-1GN, a peptide from the secretion Hylarana guentheri, displayed good antimicrobial antiinflammatory effects. Here, we found that ESC-1GN possessed significant effects against IAVs. Moreover, could inhibit entry divergent H5N1 H1N1 strains with...

Pulse latch is an attractive alternative for flip-flop to construct pipelines in digital integrated circuits (ICs). To enable pulse ultra-low-voltage operations however a great challenge due the variation of width. In this paper, new proposed, width which dependent on propagation delay itself. The incoming data therefore guaranteed be sampled successfully. Furthermore, only generated when toggles, thereby eliminating redundant switches latch. Up 74.1% dynamic power savings are achieved with...
