〔目的〕膝前十字靱帯（ACL）再建における手術前スクワット時ハムストリングス筋活動量と手術6ヵ月後大腿四頭筋筋力の関連性を検討することとした．〔対象〕解剖学的2重束ACL再建術を施行された患者12名とした．〔方法〕手術前スクワットのハムストリングス筋活動量と手術6ヵ月後大腿四頭筋筋力体重比を測定し，これらの間の相関を求めた．〔結果〕手術前スクワット時ハムストリングス筋活動量と手術6ヵ月後大腿四頭筋筋力体重比に負の相関が認められた．〔結語〕ACL再建術を施行された患者において，スクワット時のハムストリングス筋活動が高い者は，ACL再建術後急性期にリスク管理上良好なCKCによる動作が行われているにもかかわらず，その後の大腿四頭筋筋力が低いことを示唆している．

〔目的〕膝前十字靱帯（ACL）再建術施行1年後の脛骨前方移動量の健患差（ATT）に関連する因子を抽出する．〔対象〕ACL再建術後患者10例（年齢（平均値±標準偏差）24.6±7.3歳，男8例，女2例）．〔方法〕従属変数は術後1年時ATT，独立変数は手術前膝関節屈曲と伸展筋力の筋力比（H/Q比），手術前片脚スクワット時膝外反角度，手術後2週時膝関節最大屈曲と伸展角度とし，重回帰分析を行った．〔結果〕ATTに関連する因子は手術前H/Q比，手術前片脚スクワット時膝外反角度，手術後2週時膝関節最大伸展角度が抽出された．〔結語〕ATT増大予防には手術前H/Q比を大きく，手術前片脚スクワット時膝外反角度を小さく，手術後急性期の膝関節最大伸展角度を制限することが示唆された．
