With the rise of deep learning, there has been renewed interest within process industries to utilize data on large-scale nonlinear sensing and control problems. We identify key statistical machine learning techniques that have seen practical success in industries. To do so, we start with hybrid modeling provide a methodological framework underlying core application areas: soft sensing, optimization, control. Soft contains wealth industrial applications methods. quantitatively research...

Extracellular cues affect signaling, metabolic, and regulatory processes to elicit cellular responses. Although intracellular networks are highly integrated, previous analyses have largely focused on independent (e.g., metabolism) without considering the interplay that exists among them. However, there is evidence many diseases arise from multifunctional components with roles throughout networks. Therefore, in this study, we propose a flux balance analysis (FBA)-based strategy, referred as...

A multi-organ-on-a-chip (MOC), also known as a human-on-a-chip, aims to simulate whole body response drugs by connecting microscale cell cultures of multiple tissue types via fluidic channels and reproducing the interaction between them. While several studies have demonstrated usefulness MOC at proof-of-concept level, improvements are needed enable wider acceptance such systems; ease use for general biological researchers, mathematical framework design interpret systems. Here, we introduce...

Currently, the satisfaction of user is becoming one most important topics concerned by service providers. So we propose approach method for objective QoE measurement through QoS parameters. The measurements and provisioning quality (QoS) are generally defined in terms network delivery capacity resource availability, not to end-user. fundamental assumption behind such traditional that measured closely related experience (QoE) In paper, describe correlation model, evaluation using parameter...

We explore the second order bilinear magnetoelectric resistance (BMER) effect in d-electron-based two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) at SrTiO_{3}(111) surface. find evidence of a spin-split band structure with archetypal spin-momentum locking Rashba for in-plane component. Under an out-of-plane magnetic field, we BMER signal that breaks sixfold symmetry electronic dispersion, which is fingerprint presence momentum-dependent spin Relativistic calculations reproduce this texture and indicate...

Abstract As the digital transformation of bioprocess is progressing, several studies propose to apply data‐based methods obtain a substrate feeding strategy that minimizes operating cost semi‐batch bioreactor. However, negligent application model‐free reinforcement learning (RL) has high chance fail on improving existing control policy because available amount data limited. In this article, we an integrated algorithm double‐deep Q‐network and model predictive control. The proposed method...

The proposed electro-responsive hydrogel has great benefit for transdermal drug delivery system (TDDS) applications. To improve the physical or chemical properties of hydrogels, a number researchers have previously studied mixing efficiencies blended hydrogels. However, few studies focused on improving electrical conductivity and We developed conductive by alginate with gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) silver nanowire (AgNW). demonstrated that tensile strength hydrogels were increased factor 1.8...

γ-Butyrolactone was produced highly selectively from biomass-derived 1,4-butanediol by vapor-phase dehydrocyclization over novel copper-silica nanocomposite catalyst. Compared with usual Cu(12)/SiO2, the Cu-loaded SiO2 (80 wt%) exhibited high catalyst performance 98% yield on 400 h stream without significant deactivation even in absence of H2.

Flexible transparent conductive films (TCFs) of TiO2 nanosheet (TiO2 NS) and silver nanowire (Ag NW) network hybrid were prepared through a simple scalable solution-based process. The as-formed NS-Ag NW TCF shows high optical transmittance (TT: 97% (90.2% including plastic substrate)) low sheet resistance (Rs: 40 Ω/sq). In addition, the exhibits long-time chemical/aging electromechanical stability. As for stability, Ag NS reveals retained initial conductivity (ΔRs/Rs < 1%) under ambient...
