Abstract Background Biosensors are tools that products of amalgamation biological constituents and physicochemical elements so as to detect analytes, based on signal production which is measurable. Thus here we can see an assimilation biology microelectronics. Keeping a track biochemical processes in human system essential; thus, there increasing need for extremely sensitive economical devices make precise diagnosis personalised medication treatment possible. Objective This review focuses...
Diabetic neuropathy is a debilitating manifestation of long-term diabetes mellitus. The present study explored the effects roots Rubia cordifolia L. (R. L.) in Wistar rat model for diabetic and possible neuroprotective, antidiabetic, analgesic mechanisms underlying this effect.Rats were divided into five experimental groups. An amount 0.25% carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) saline streptozotocin (STZ) (60 mg/kg) was given to group 1 2, respectively. Group 3 treated with STZ glibenclamide...
Gentamicin-induced nephrotoxicity limits its therapeutic use as an effective aminoglycoside. Herbal drugs have a distinct place in the world of pharmaceuticals since they are safe, effective, and cost-efficient.
Context: Gymnema sylvestre (GS) is a plant species that mostly found in the tropical regions of Asia, Africa and Australia; it widespread India Sri Lanka. According to various scientific studies, GS contains chemical constituent known suppress taste for sugar; this kindled our interest study extracts their antidiabetic potential.
Aim: The current emphasizes screening leaves using chloroform, ethyl acetate, water phytoconstituents evaluating Antidiabetic property. All individual...
Abstract In the present work, effect of 2MeV electron irradiation Polyallyldiglycol Carbonate (PADC) has been studied for different doses. The optical band-gap derived from UV-Vis spectra was found to decrease with an increase in dose. Fourier Transformed IR analysis showed a transmittance due irradiation. Thermogravimetric irradiated samples revealed thermal stability Differential scanning calorimetry done study dose dependent phase transformations samples. X-ray diffraction supported...
A systematic investigation of 62 r MeV proton irradiated Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) has been carried out using Fourier Transformed Infrared Spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. The experiments revealed a restoration the crystalline matrix simultaneous decrease in thermal stability polymer as function dose, indicating that PET underwent both degradation cross-linking by irradiation.

Liver is the principle organ for metabolism of various drugs, endotoxins. Hepatotoxicity one reversible conditions. Drugs are an vital cause liver injury. Drug-induced injury to can mimic any form acute or chronic disease. The action cytochrome P450 induce liver, through which drug will break down into electrophiles free radicals. These spontaneous metabolites covalently bind protein and unsaturated fatty acids lipid peroxidation, respectively. clinical presentation damage may be either...
The whole plant of Coriandrum sativum L. is used in variety diseases including renal ailments throughout the world. aim this study was to find out nephroprotective activity against Gentamicin (GM) induced toxicity. Sixty Wistar albino rats were divided into ten groups. GM injected i.p, at dose 100 mg/kg for 10 consecutive days inducing nephrotoxicity. Metformin (MF) given orally two different doses i.e., 50 and either after nephrotoxicity or along with fresh leaf extract 2 ml/day 28 day ....
Background: Hypercium perforatum is a natural medicinal plant with many therapeutic effects. The low solubility and bioavailability limits the efficacy of herbal preparations. Purpose: aim this work was to encapsulate into nanophytosomes (NPs) assess nanocarrier in neuropathic pain induced by partial sciatic nerve ligation (PSNL).Method: Particle size, zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency loading capacity evaluated. DSC confirmed physical chemical interaction between extract (HPE)...
This work aimed to encapsulate Hypericum perforatum extract (HPE) into nanophytosomes (NPs) and assess the therapeutic efficacy of this nanocarrier in neuropathic pain induced by partial sciatic nerve ligation (PSNL).Hydroalcoholic was prepared encapsulated NPs thin layer hydration method. Particle size, zeta potential, TEM, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), entrapment efficiency (%EE), loading capacity (LC) were reported. The biochemical histopathological examinations measured...
