Liquid chromatography coupled to negative electrospray ionization (ESI) tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) employing a time‐of‐flight spectrometer was used in the structural determination of phenolic compounds and sesquiterpenoids occurring extract from Artemisia rupestris L. A total 91 including chlorogenic acid derivatives, flavonoids (aglycone, O ‐glycosyl, C ‐glycosyl C,O ‐glycosyl), 2‐phenoxychromones guaiane were identified by comparing retention time fragmentation behavior with...
Rosa rugosa flowers used as herbal medicine possess many activities. A fraction extracted by ethyl acetate exhibited strong inhibitive activity against protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) in vitro.Establish an efficient method of LC coupled to quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) with tandem MS/MS investigate the compositions active fraction.Chemical were separated and investigated LC/QTOF-MS/MS negative electrospray ionisation (ESI) mode at different collision energy (CE) values. The...
Phenols were extracted from the Pleioblastus amarus (Keng) shell (PAS) using ethanol. A Plackett–Burman assessment indicated that factors affecting polyphenol extraction included ethanol concentration, temperature, liquid to solid ratio, time, and reflux times; best parameters concentration of 75%, a 20:1 an time 2.1 h. The number polyphenols was 7.216 mg/g. Furthermore, phenol composition analysis showed presence p-Coumaric acid (196.88 mg /mL) rutin (312.9 /mL), which used for in vitro...
ABSTRACT A novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) against gatifloxacin based on a hybrid monomer (3‐triethoxysilylpropyl methacrylic amide, APTES‐MAA) was reported. In this study, the monolith synthesized with as template, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) cross‐linker, and APTES‐MAA functional in mixture of acetonitrile isooctane porogen via an optimization density theory (DFT). The polymers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,...
Thoracolumbar fractures, especially burst are common severe spinal injuries requiring surgery. The main goals to restore stability and normal curvature, relieve nerve compression, prevent further neurological damage. Minimally invasive techniques increasingly used in This study aims use finite element analysis compare two new thoracolumbar anterior fixation systems: Hybrid cross-thoracolumbar system hybrid (HXTL NHXTL) with Medtronic's ANTERIOR system, providing a theoretical reference for...
Three norditerpenoid alkaloids, nigelladines A–C (1–3), and one pyrroloquinoline alkaloid, nigellaquinomine (4), all possessing new skeletons with highly conjugated systems, were isolated from Nigella glandulifera. The 8aS-configuration for 1 2 was determined by comparison of the experimental calculated electronic circular dichroism spectra. These alkaloids exhibited potent protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) inhibitory activity but are devoid cytotoxicity against A431 cell line at 100 μM.
High-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) has been successfully used for the preparative isolation of flavonoids from ethyl acetate extracts black currant leaves. The HSCCC separation was performed with a two-phase solvent system composed n-hexane/EtOAc/MeOH/H(2)O (1:10:1:10, v/v) at flow rate 1.5 mL/min. When increased 1.0 to 3.0 mL/min, retention stationary phase decreased 60.3% 39.7% resulting in loss peak resolution, while is stable an increase sample size 25 200 mg. From 100 mg...
