An X-ray diffraction method is developed for the determination of distribution temperature and interplanar spacing in a single-crystal plate. In particular, differences two different parts quartz single crystal X-cut are experimentally determined depending on value gradient applied perpendicularly to reflecting atomic planes (10\bar 11). The along direction perpendicular 11) as well.
Abstract In this work the dependence of anomalous absorption X-rays on crystal thickness and temperature gradient value was studied. The refracted reflected beams intensities, as well their sum intensities were measured for thicknesses in range 0.3–4.5 mm. Significant increase intensity is observed presence gradient. It shown that decreased effect stronger expressed thick crystals.
Abstract. The article summarizes complex studies on X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), μ-tomography, and elemental analysis of a unique golden artefact from burial mound No. 10 Nerkin Naver (Armenia), which according to the results radiocarbon is contemporary epoch when masterpieces jewellery art III dynasty Ur Sumero-Akkadian kingdom Southern Mesopotamia (2111–2003 BC) were created. A jewelry obtained in tis dated back 2133–1954 BC investigated clarify design, composition manufacturing technique. We...
We investigate the transition radiation on a periodically deformed interface between two dielectric media. Under assumption that permittivities of media are close, formula is derived for spectral-angular distribution radiated energy in general case nonstatic profile function separating boundary. In particular, latter includes surface waves propagating along The numerical examples given triangular grating and sinusoidal profile. show instead single peak backward flat interface, periodic one...
Abstract In this paper, we consider the problem of formation a wave field during dynamic X-ray diffraction under conditions weak deformation crystal lattice induced by temperature gradient directed along vector. Within framework Takagi equations, which describe propagation amplitudes transmitted and reflected waves in grating, analytical solutions dependence on parameters these are given. The angular width radiation, as well its thickness single crystal, has been studied. It is shown that...
The behavior of the interference absorption coefficient X-rays in Laue geometry depending upon disposition diffraction vector and temperature gradient perpendicular direction to reflecting atomic planes family was experimentally studied. study carried out for different thicknesses quartz single crystal planes. It shown that case anti-parallel sharply decreases with increase parallel firstly increases then decreases. theoretical calculation corresponding experiment conditions have been done....
