Lidar using active light illumination is capable of capturing depth and reflectivity information target scenes. Among various technologies, streak tube imaging lidar (STIL) has garnered significant attention due to its high resolution excellent precision. The echo signals a STIL system single laser pulse are often overwhelmed by noise in complex environments, making it difficult discern the range target. By combining high-frequency pulses with repetitive sweep circuit, enables efficient...

The timing jitter of a single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) plays critical role in the design and optimization front-end circuits. This paper proposes simplified model based on Verilog-A. uses random numbers to determine locations photon absorptions carrier avalanches absorption probabilities, thereby achieving calculation response time. By introducing detection probability, has corrected time obtained under ideal assumptions achieved compatibility with excess bias voltage effects, which can...

Compressed sensing (CS) has been successfully demonstrated to reconstruct ultrafast dynamic scenes in imaging techniques with large sequence depth. Since compressed used a two-step iterative shrinkage/thresholding (TwIST) algorithm previous image reconstruction, some details of the object will not be recovered when amount data compression is large. Here we applied more efficient Total Variation (TV) minimization scheme based on augmented Lagrangian and alternating direction algorithms...

As a novel multiscale geometric analysis tool, sparse representation has shown many advantages over the conventional image methods. However, standard does not take intrinsic structure and its time complexity into consideration. In this paper, new fusion mechanism for multimodal medical images based on decision map is proposed to deal with these problems simultaneously. Three maps are designed including information (SM) energy (EM) as well (SEM) make results reserve more edge information. SM...

InGaAs/InP single-photon avalanche photodiodes (SPADs) is capable of detecting in the near-infrared spectrum for applications such as quantum communication, fluorescence lifetime imaging, and Light detection ranging(LIDAR). The effect multiplication layer width on performance SPADs both linear Geiger mode have been theoretically studied. Three-types planer with different are fabricated evaluated. results this study suggest that modifying can regulate breakdown voltage, punch-through dark...

Sparse representation based image fusion has been widely studied recently. However, it's not popular in some fields for the high time complexity. In this paper, a new method on group sparse is proposed to overcome problem. The K-SVD utilized get of source images. Therefore, it necessary find best size according its property about consuming. And there no need all patches once but groups simultaneously. Because every vectors unique from others, using parallel-processing strategy can reduce...

While bridgewire electroexplosive device (EED) works in electromagnetic environment, conventional methods can introduce electromagnetism interference. A new method of measuring the induced current EED is proposed this article. It bases on infrared imagingto detect inducting from long distance and non-contact. Common gene data usually have the larger number of variables p (genes) than numbers samples N , which makes it difficult to do classification by standard statistical methods. In this paper, original datas dimension was reduced from high -dimensional space a lower k space, and then would be classified SVM (Support Vector Machine). Several methods were used for dimensional reduction, such as PCA (Principle Component Analysis), MDS (Multi-Dimensional Scaling). The experiments showed that...

This paper deals with strongly absolute stability of Lur'e-type discrete-time descriptor systems. The nonlinearities in the system considered here are both sector and slope restricted. By using Lyapunov theory linear matrix inequality (LMI), we derive LMI based nonstrict sufficient conditions for stability. Furthermore, reduce to strict algorithms without any conservatism. Finally, a numerical example is given illustrate effectiveness our method.

Image fusion is to get a fused image that contains all important information from source images of the same scene. Meanwhile, multi-scale transforms and sparse representation (SR) are two most effective techniques for fusion. However, SR-based methods time-consuming do not take structural into consideration. In addition, different transform-based have their inevitable defects waiting be solved till now. Therefore, in this paper, new method combining nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT)...
