We present an analysis of the diversity V-band light-curves hydrogen-rich type II supernovae. We assemble a sample of 24 hydrogen-poor super-luminous supernovae (SLSNe). Parameterizing the light curve shape through rise and decline timescales shows that two are highly correlated. Magnetar-powered models can reproduce correlation, with diversity in rates driven by diffusion timescale.
