Itaconate is an anti-inflammatory metabolite involved in pathogen–macrophage interactions, but the mechanisms underlying its effect are not fully understood. Competitive cysteine profiling has been performed to interrogate itaconate's reactivity cell lysates, methods for analyzing targets of itaconation directly living macrophages still lacking. In this work, we developed a specific bioorthogonal probe, itaconate–alkyne (ITalk), quantitative and site-specific chemoproteomic inflammatory...

Itaconate is an important antimicrobial and immunoregulatory metabolite involved in host-pathogen interactions. A key mechanistic action of itaconate through the covalent modification cysteine residues via Michael addition, resulting "itaconation". However, it unclear whether has other regulatory mechanisms. In this work, we discovered a novel type post-translational by promiscuous antibody enrichment data analysis with open-search strategy further confirmed as lysine "itaconylation". We...

Sepsis associated Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common clinical syndrome characterized by suddenly decreased in renal function and urinary volume. This study was designed to investigate the role of Aquaporin 1 (AQP1) P53 development sepsis-induced AKI their potential regulatory mechanisms. Firstly, transcriptome sequencing analysis mice showed AQP1 expression reduced elevated Cecal ligation puncture (CLP)-induced compared with controls. Bioinformatics confirmed that remarkably obviously...

Diffusion Tensor Magnetic Resonance Imaging (DT-MRI, also known as DTI) measures the diffusion properties of water molecules in tissues and to date is one main techniques that can effectively study microstructures brain vivo. Presently, evaluation DTI registration still an initial stage development. In this paper, six well-known open source algorithms: Elastic, Rigid, Affine, DTI-TK, FSL SyN were applied on 11 subjects from open-access dataset, among which was randomly chosen template. Eight...

Ferroptosis is an iron-related cell death caused by irregular lipid peroxidation that has been implicated with a variety of disease. Erastin canonical ferroptosis inducer known to function inhibiting system Xc– and cystine transport; however, the global interactome erastin in cells remains unexplored. In this work, we employed quantitative chemoproteomic approach profile direct interacting proteins living using multifunctional photo-cross-linking probe. A number novel erastin-interacting...

This paper proposes an adaptive numerical method for stochastic delay differential equations (SDDEs) with a non-global Lipschitz drift term and non-constant delay, building upon the work of Wei Fang others. The adapts step size based on growth term. Differing slightly from conventional Euler-Maruyama format, this addresses estimation by substituting it numerically obtained solution closest to left endpoint. This approach overcomes challenge nodes not falling within after subtracting delay....
