중국의 '쌍감(双减)' 정책의 교육 배경 하에서, 어린이의 다원적 발전에 유리한 어린이 도서관을 논의하는 것은 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 본문에서는 선행 연구를 분석하고 이론 연구 방법을 통해 도서관 공간 환경 설계에서 주목해야 할 평가 요소를 요약하고, 각 요소에 따른 내용을 도출하였다. 이후 사례 사용하여 조사 사례를 평가하였다. 사례에서 얻은 결과는 대부분의 도서관이 현재 사용자의 기본 요구를 중점적으로 다루고 있으며, 발전 관점에서 설계하지 못하고 있다는 것을 보여준다. 또한, 심미성의 결여는 조명 기구, 보조 광원 설계, 벽면 형상 등에서 집중적으로 나타나며, 다양성의 형식의 단일성, 가구 선택 및 배치 단일성 주로 나타난다.
