A tri-ing reaction: An asymmetric Diels–Alder cycloaddition of δ,δ-disubstituted 2,4-dienones is possible through the trienamine catalysis cinchona-based primary amines (see scheme). array electron-deficient dienophiles, such as N-substituted maleimides and 3-alkenyl oxindoles, were tolerated, multifunctional cyclohexene derivatives obtained in excellent stereoselectivity with high diastereomer ratios. Detailed facts importance to specialist readers are published "Supporting Information"....

A stereoselective inverse-electron-demand aza-Diels–Alder cycloaddition process of cyclic 1-aza-1,3-butadienes and α,β-unsaturated aldehydes has been developed via dienamine catalysis. This reaction exhibits excellent β,γ-regioselectivity for enal substrates with substantial structural diversity broad functionalities, readily producing highly enantioenriched fused piperidine derivatives enabling efficient sequential construction complex polycyclic frameworks.

Electron-deficient 1-aza-1,3-butadienes containing a 1,2-benzoisothiazole-1,1-dioxide or 1,2,3-benzoxathiazine-2,2-dioxide motif act as regio- and chemoselective dienophiles in normal-electron-demand Diels–Alder reactions with HOMO-raised trienamines, rather than typical 4π-participation inverse-electron-demand versions. The enantioenriched cycloadducts could be efficiently converted to spiro fused frameworks high structural stereogenic complexity by sequential aza-benzoin reaction other...

An extended TODIM is proposed in this paper to comprehensively reflect the psychological characteristics of decision makers (DMs) according cumulative prospect theory (CPT). We replace original weight with weighting function CPT and modify perceived value dominance based on CPT, because general phenomena DMs explained are verified by many experiments recognized researchers. Hence, not only integrates advantages considering factors but also retains superiority classical relative dominance....

Myeloid differentiation primary response protein 88 (MyD88) is crucial to immune cascades mediated by Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and interleukin-1 (IL-1Rs). MyD88 dysregulation has been linked a wide variety of inflammatory diseases, making it promising new target for anti-inflammatory cancer therapy development. In this study, 46 compounds were designed synthesized inspired virtual screen hit. The activity was evaluated biologically, c17 discovered have high binding affinity with MyD88. It...
