HGF/c-Met signaling has been implicated in human cancers. Herein we describe the invention of a series novel triazolopyrazine c-Met inhibitors. The structure-activity relationship these compounds was investigated, leading to identification compound 28, which demonstrated favorable pharmacokinetic properties mice and good antitumor activities glioma xenograft model athymic nude mice.
VEGF/VEGFR signal axis has been proven to be an important target for development of novel cancer therapies. One challenging aspect in small molecular VEGFR inhibitors is achieve sustained inhibition at tolerable doses previously seen only with the long-acting biologics. It would require high potency (low effective drug concentrations) and sufficient exposures tolerated so that concentration can maintained above within dosing period. Fruquintinib (HMPL-013) a molecule inhibitor strong...
Kushen (KS), the dried roots of Sophora flavescens Aiton, has a long history use in traditional Chinese medicine to treat inflammatory diseases and cancer. alkaloids (KS-As) flavonoids (KS-Fs) are well characterized components KS. KS-As have been considered biologically active developed China as anticancer drugs. In an effort screen novel antitumor agents from botanicals, more potent activities were identified KS-Fs than KS-As. able inhibit growth panel tumor cell lines enhanced Taxol vitro....
Abstract Here, we report the identification of a new tensin family member, tensin3, and its role in epidermal growth factor (EGF) signaling pathway. Human tensin3 cDNA encodes 1445 amino acid sequence that shares extensive homology with tensin1, tensin2, COOH-terminal tensin-like protein. Tensin3 is expressed various tissues different cell types such as endothelia, epithelia, fibroblasts. The potential EGF-induced pathway explored. EGF induces tyrosine phosphorylation MDA-MB-468 cells time-...
The hydrolysis of ammonia borane is a promising strategy for hydrogen energy exploration and exploitation. in situ produced could be directly utilized hydrogenation reactions. In this work, bimetallic nickel-cobalt material with porous structure was developed through the pyrolysis ZIF-67 incorporated Ni ions. Through introduction Ni(NO3)2 as an etching agent, polyhedrons were transformed into hollow nanospheres, further evolved irregular nanosheets. NiCo phase formed after nitrogen...
A novel carbon quantum dots (CQDs)/Bi12O17Cl2 semiconductor composite was synthesized by a simple room-temperature precipitation method, in which the strong interaction between CQDs and Bi12O17Cl2 formed, it characterized XRD, Raman spectroscopy, TEM, XPS, UV–vis DRS, N2 adsorption/desorption electrochemical measurements. The performance of CQDs/Bi12O17Cl2 for photocatalytic oxygen evolution from water splitting studied under visible light irradiation at room temperature. results indicated...
In this report, the mechanism of antitumor activities Kushen flavonoids (KS-Fs) were explored. KS-Fs and kurarinone (Kur), a single flavonoid compound, able to induce apoptosis H460 Eca-109 cells in vitro vivo. The inducing effect was enhanced presence Taxol. xenograft mice treated with Kur, down-regulation Bcl-2 up-regulation caspase 8 3 tumors observed by immunohistochemical staining. addition, Kur inhibit TNFalpha-induced NF-kappaB activation 293 mediated decreased IkappaBalpha...
We have successfully prepared α-Fe2O3 nanospheres by solvothermal method using 2-butanone and water mixture solvent for the first time, which were about 100 nm in diameter composed of very small nanoparticles. The as-prepared samples characterized X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission microscopy. results showed that product was nanosphere, temperature an important factor on formation nanospheres.
