Abstract A series of cross‐linked AEMs ( c ‐DQPPO/PVA) are synthesized by using rigid polyphenylene oxide and flexible poly(vinyl alcohol) as the backbones. The magneto-optic properties of sputtered multilayers Fe—Si (1.9 nm)/Cr and Co—Nb/Pd (1.4 nm) are studied by magneto-optical spectrometer ellipsometer. For Co—Nb/Pd(1.4 both calculated measured polar Kerr rotation θK increase with increasing magnetic layer thickness dm. small dm there great differences between the spectra especially in short-wavelength range.
