Online learning has become a significant way for learners to acquire knowledge, which enables anybody learn anywhere and anytime. However, how choose appropriate content is an interesting issue, especially when one faces massive online resources. With this regard, deep learning-based personalized resources recommendation effective approach handle problem. In paper, technology in the field of education thoroughly analyzed, some limitations recent studies as well future works, then, are...

Out-diffusion of oxygen in Czochralski silicon wafers annealed at 1000 and 1200 °C under a hydrogen ambient is studied with secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS). The diffusivity, 1.41×102 exp(−3.1 eV/kT) cm2 s−1, obtained from fitting the SIMS profile significantly larger than normally expected. This enhancement effect found temperatures much higher those reported (<500 °C) literature, attributed to direct interaction between in-diffused interstitial atoms. Estimation diffusivity...

The Conceptor network is a newly proposed reservoir computing (RC) model, which outperforms traditional classifiers, can fail to model new classes of data for supervised learning task. However, the structure design single, involving just random network, has strong coupling between nodes and limits ability. This study focused on topology problem, we propose complex Conceptor-based phase space reconstruction time series. Several dynamical systems were chosen build networks using algorithm....

Echo state networks (ESNs) with multi-clustered reservoir topology perform better in computing and robustness than those random topology. However, these ESNs have a complex topology, which leads to difficulties generation. This study focuses on the generation problem when ESN is used environments sufficient priori data available. Accordingly, data-driven multi-cluster algorithm proposed. The proposed are evaluate reservoirs by calculating precision standard deviation of ESNs. produced using...

In this paper, through the investigation of effect rapid thermal processing (RTP) at different temperatures on oxygen precipitation in Czochralski (CZ) silicon wafers subjected to two-step (low–high) anneal and one-step high-temperature anneal, enhancement role played by vacancies occurring low temperature high have been revealed. For RTP-introduced significantly facilitate formation precipitate nuclei during low-temperature and, therefore, enhance subsequent anneal. Regarding RTP-induced...

Near-surface Cu and Ni rich layers are observed by secondary ion mass spectroscopy (SIMS) in intentionally contaminated silicon wafers after thermal oxidation at 950°C for 35 min. The diffusivities of obtained from their respective SIMS profiles almost 9 orders magnitude smaller than documented which widely believed interstitials, but comparable to that Group III V atoms known as substitutional. According the experimental results, a model is proposed in-diffusion transition metal on surface...

A hybrid algorithm which combines multi-point  movement, pixel movement and run-length technique is  proposed in order to improve the speed of raster converion  for circle arc. In algorithm, 1/8 arc is divided  into 4 adjacent regions according different circle  pattern, method 4-point runlength  I/O, double-point I/O,  mixed 2-point 3-point movement  along diagonal direction are adopted corresponding to  respectively. Different strategy suitable  feature pattern every region. So the ...

Multiple internal reflection infrared (MIR-IR) spectroscopy is used to study native oxide on silicon wafers which were annealed at 1200 °C in a hydrogen ambient. MIR-IR spectra of are dominated by peak 1230 cm−1, shifts 10 1220 cm−1 for the samples with treatment. A mechanism behind shift discussed according central force model, suggests 0.8% reduction distance between atoms oxide. It proposed that introduction gives rise lattice contraction substrate, and turn, oxide, causes absorption shift.
